Bruton Knowles / John Amos & Co are delighted to report that they held their annual Summer Walk at Red Hill Farm, Alcester on Thursday 13th July courtesy of All Things Rural Limited.
Nigel Ford, Company Founder and Ellen Wild, Managing Director showed about 40 people around the farm and the rural business.
All Things Rural Ltd grow, package and sell seed for wildflowers and grass and are one of the largest producers in Europe in both fields.
The group were treated to a visit to the packaging area and storage facility and Nigel and Ellen explained how the product was harvested, sorted, stored and dispatched.
The party then travelled to the fields to see standing crops waiting to be harvested before returning to the warehouse for a light supper and refreshments.
John Amos, Head of Rural said afterwards “We are delighted to have been able to show fellow professionals the business model of All Things Rural and how a very successful business has been set up throughout England and Wales and on into Europe. Many thanks are given to Nigel, Ellen and the team for kindly showing everyone around and describing the business so eloquently.”
